(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) Alleging that the orders of this Court has not been complied with, the petitioner is before this Court with this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, by producing the proceedings of the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No.7271/2024/A3 dated 23.04.2025, submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and action has already been initiated by passing the above order and he has also 2/4

produced the order of the Tahsildar before this Court.

3. Since action has been initiated, the contempt petition stands closed.
