ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct survey and demarcate the four boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.453/5, Kallikulam Revenue Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. The petitioner has made an online application on 23.07.2024 and has also paid the necessary charges. The petitioner's grievance is that despite an intimation that survey would be conducted on 11.11.2024, no survey has been conducted for the past several months.

3. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct survey and demarcate four boundaries of the petitioner's property, after hearing the interested parties, if any. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 24.04.2025 2/4
