The revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2021 in I.A.No.958 of 2016 in O.S.No.489 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Karur, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the application in I.A.No.1 of 2021 has already been disposed of and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

3. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
