O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioners / Accused No.1 to 4, 6, 7 and 9 to 14 to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.6 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Madurai for the offences under Sections 381, 120B, 465, 466, 468, 469, 471 and 34 of IPC, in Crime No.57 of 2009 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels on both sides represented that the matter has been amicably settled Page No. 2 of 5

between the parties and to that effect, they have entered into a compromise and the same was filed before this Court.

3. The 1st petitioner and 9th petitioner appears through Video Conferencing and their identity is also verified through records. The defacto-complainant and all other accused are appeared as in-person and this Court enquired about the terms of compromise. The defactocomplainant represented that they entered into a compromise and he has no objection to quash the pending proceedings in C.C.No.6 of 2019. A compromise memo, dated 24.04.2025 signed by the parties and their respective counsel, is also filed before this Court.

4. This Court has perused the terms of the compromise memo dated 24.04.2025.

5. Considering the nature of the offences and the parties also entered into a compromise, it is appropriate to allow this petition.

6. Recording the said compromise memo dated 24.04.2025, this criminal original petition is allowed and C.C.No.6 of 2019 on the file of Page No. 3 of 5

the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Madurai is quashed as against these petitioners.
