ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to rectify the wrong entries in the revenue records in respect of the petition mentioned property in the light of her representation dated 03.09.2020 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

3. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner and on hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to both parties. Notice shall positively be given to the contesting second respondent as well. No costs.
