O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his associate members of the Trust Prayer Team of the New Indian Bethel Charitable Trust functioning in its Branch Office Hall at Door No.24/45-1, Thiruthuvapuram, Kurumathoor, Kuzhithrai Post, Kanyakumari District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is rival group in that area and the complaints and counter complaints are given against each other and all the complaints have been enquired in C.P.Nos.2761/2021, 24545 of 2020 and 25652 of 2020 and all these complaints came to be closed after enquiry. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner has been advised not to conduct any prayer meeting in that building. Similarly, counter part is also advised to maintain peace. Since the complaints have been closed by the Enquiry Officer by giving advise to both parties, nothing survives for further consideration or direction. Let the closure report be circulated to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of, observing that in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
