ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Perumalpuram Police Station, Thirunelveli, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the respondent police are calling the petitioner for enquiry frequently and harassing him. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry, that apart there was no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the third 2/4
respondent, they called the petitioner only for enquiry purpose, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
