3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the complaint of the petitioner has already been enquired and the same has been closed as civil matter. 4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. The respondent Police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
