O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents forthwith to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.04.2025 under the criminal law by conducting an effecting investigation as expeditiously as possible. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent the complaint dated 17.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 2/4

4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's complaint is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 17.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 29.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR To
