This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police 1 to 3 to complete the enquiry based on the petitioner's Complaint dated 05.11.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have enquired the petitioner's complaint and the same was closed based on the undertaking given by the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Since the complaint of the petitioner was closed based on his undertaking, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
