ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a widow and she blessed with three daughters. She is a fish vendor for the past 10 years. She used to buy fresh fish by debt and selling the same near the weekly market and bus stand, Sivagangai. While doing so, the respondents 3 to 7 harassing the petitioner and prevented her from selling the fish. Therefore, the petitioner filed the petition for not to harass. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint, case has been registered in Crime No.395 of 2018 and the investigation is pending before the Kalaiyar Kovil Police Station, Sivagangai District.

4.Under such circumstances, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise and at the same time no direction can be given to the respondents and it would affect the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
