ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.514 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in C.C.No.514 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 01.03.2017. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against them. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
