Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to direct to the 1st and 2nd Respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.6 of 2025 from the file of the 5th Respondent Police to some other Competent Investigation Agency more particularly the 3rd and 4th Respondents for further investigation and to file a report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.6 of 2025 from the file of the 5th respondent Police to some other competent Investigation agency more particularly to the 3rd and 2/5

4th respondents for further investigation and to file a report before the concerned Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, question for change of investigation would not arise.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
