The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing him and his family members under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

Today(17.04.2026), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submits that they have not harassed the petitioner, as projected by her, however, one Kalaiselvi has lodged a complaint as against this petitioner and the same was treated as a current paper enquiry and it was closed.
