2. While the petitioner is perfectly justified in pursuing the cause, the petitioner appears to have knocked at the wrong doors. As to whether there should be prohibition enforced in the State or not is a matter of policy and it has to be brought about by legislation.

3. When the matter was received on March 4, 2021, similar observations were recorded, but since the petitioner was not represented, an accommodation was afforded nonetheless.

4. Since the petitioner does not appear once again and, in any event, the reliefs sought cannot be granted, W.P.(MD) No.5261 of 2019 is disposed of, without any order to costs.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
