This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent and his personnel not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner on the guise of enquiruy.

The case of the petitioner is that the second respondent registered the case in Crime No.317 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 448, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC against the petitioner and his brother. In Crl.O.P.No.7965 of 2021 bail was granted by this Court for one Muthuramalingam and subsequently, the petitioner and his brother were also released on bail by the Sessions Court in Cr.M.P.No.2879 of 2021 on 23.06.2021 on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police till 19.07.2021. As per the directions he was appeared before the second respondent police thereafter, the second respondent police started demanding money and the same was not paid by the petitioner, therefore, the second respondent police threatened the petitioner. 3.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly, as per the order of the learned Principal District Court, Madurai. 4.This petition is filed without any proper basis, the allegation has been made against the second respondent stating that the money has been demanded. 5. In view of the above submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
