Respondent Prayer : This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent to file the final report either positive or negative after serving a copy of information in this regard to the petitioner and permit her to proceed with further as per law before the learned Principal District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District by filing appropriate protest application to the said final report in connection with Crime No.251 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District forthwith. ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.251 of 2017 on the file of the respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that investigation is over and final report has been filed on 18.09.2017 itself and the Referred Charge Sheet(RCS) notice was also served on the petitioner. It is also seen from the records that the petitioner has signed and received the RCS notice sent by the respondent.
