ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for Police protection to survey the petitioner's property with the help of surveyor.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner had surveyed his land with the help of surveyor on 20.08.2018 and the Police also gave protection.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
