This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide the police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the petitioner's complaint, the respondent police has conducted enquiry in C.S.R.No.569 of 2024 and found that a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the private party. Therefore, they have closed the complaint on 26.05.2024. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy before the competent civil Court.
