The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 97 days in representing the appeal papers, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.1575 of 2019 dated 22.10.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
