Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-33. To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impunged order passed by the Respondent No.3 vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.650/A2/2019, dated 21-04-2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbearing the respondents from recovering the incentive increment which was sanctioned to the petitioner for possessing higher educational qualification in M.A. Tamil from the year 2014 to 2021 till date within the time.

Prayer in WMP(MD).No.7019 of 2021:

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavits filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to issue an interim stay of all further proceedings of the impugned order passed by the Respondent No.3 vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.650/A2/2019, dated 21-04-2021, pending disposal of the above Writ Petitions. On the perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the Contempt Petition, it is seen that there is no specific allegation made in the affidavit as against the respondent for willful disobedience.
