ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 3 to 5, under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent Police have not harassed the petitioners, based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent. He further submits that in this complaint, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.281 of 2024 and the same was also closed on 21.05.2024.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
