ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No. 18/2019 on the file of Family Court, Srivilliputhur to Sub Court, Uthamapalayam. 1/4

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife, the wife is permanently residing at Uthamapalayam and she is living with her parents and a five year old child. She finds it difficult to travel on every occasion to attend hearings in Family Court, Srivilliputhur.

3. Considering the above said facts, H.M.O.P.No. 18 of 2019 on the file of Family Court, Srivilliputhur is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Uthamapalayam.

4. With the above said direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
