calling for the records relating to the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2631/E2/2021 dated 24.11.2021 by cancelling the General Power Deed in Document No. 3134/2021 on the file of the 3rd respondent and the Registered Sale Deeds in Document Nos.880/2021, 881/2021 on the file of the 4th respondent and consequential impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.8562/Aa4/2021 dated 12.03.2025 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondent No. 1 and 2 revive and restore the documents No.3134/2021 of 3rd respondent and 880/2021, 881/2021 of the 4th respondent by removing the entries made in the encumbrance certificate by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2025.
