ORDER
The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by A1 in C.C.No. 720 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District, seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, she is charged with the offence under Sections 447, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act 2002.
2. A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that the petitioner along with second accused are said to have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant, abused and threatened him.
3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, due to previous enmity, the defacto complainant being a police official, had lodged a complaint and the petitioner is no way involved in the occurrence.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that specific overt act is attributed as against the petitioner herein and in such circumstances, this Court does not find any legal grounds to interfere with the quash petition. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the case without being influenced by anyone of the observations made by this Court.
6. Considering the age of the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner shall be dispensed with unless specifically directed by the trial Court. There are no merits in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
