Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the seniority list to the post of Middle School Headmaster dated 01.01.2016 on the file of the third respondent and its consequential orders passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.13545/T3/2017 dated 24.05.2018 and to quash the same as illegal as far as placing the petitioner as Junior to the 5th and 6th respondents is concerned and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to revise the seniority list to the post of Middle School Headmaster of the fourth respondent jurisdiction by placing the petitioner as senior above the fifth and sixth respondents.
