O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner. Due to civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4, both parties lodged complaints one after the other, for which, enquiry has been conducted in CSR Nos.13/2024, 22/2024 and 41/2024 and the same were closed on 29.01.2024, 15.02.2024 and 11.04.2024 respectively. Even thereafter, another complaint has been lodged by the private respondents and the same has been forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer to initiate proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
