2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has not complied with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition totally. However, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30.a.m, until further orders.
