Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impunged order passed by the Respondent No.3 vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.799/A1/2019, dated 21-04-2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbearing the respondents from recovering the incentive increment which was sanctioned to the petitioner for possessing higher educational qualification in M.A. Tamil from the year 2013 to 2021 till date within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.
