ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and on hearing the arguments of M/s.Vadivelan T, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. R.M. Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to extend the time for producing the sureties fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 6041 of 2021, dated 28.04.2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side).
3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for producing the sureties by the petitioners before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
