This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025 and enquire the same and also give protection to worship the Temple, namely ''Arulmigu Usikattu Sudalai Andavar Temple'' situated at Neduvazhi, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
2. According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 03.03.2025to the respondent no.1 to 3, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the respondent no.1 to 3 and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. Page No. 2 of 4
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents no. 4 to 6 inclined to pass order.
5. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's representation is pending with the respondents no.1 to 3, this Court directs the respondents no.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order.
