Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act as per the Hon'ble Supreme Court's Order in Civil Appeal No(s) 10013-10014 of 2016 arising out of S.L.P.No.33032-33033 of 2015 and according to the circular No.1/12/33/EPS Amendment/96/Vol.II dated 23.03.2017 for revised pension to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the amount pertaining to the Provident Fund has already been settled by the first respondent to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would also submit that, so far, whatever amount outstanding to the petitioner, has already been settled and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

4. The amount being settled might be the reason, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the writ petition.
