Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent i.e., the District Collector, Madurai passed in his Na.Ka.No.58778/2012/G1 dated 17.3.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to provide compassionate ground appointment to the petitioner considering the qualifications required, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this court.
