The petitioner seeks transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner.

3.Considering that the petitioner merely seeks for transfer of patta that has already been issued and standing in the name of her father, the third respondent is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023, in the light of the 2/5

proceedings on the file of the second respondent in Na.Ka.Nao. 467/2017/G dated 01.03.2017 and pass final orders within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
