Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the seniority list of Coaches published by the second respondent herein in Proc.No.11483/AO-1/2019, dated 19.08.2020 and the order passed by the second respondent in Proc.No.11483/AO-1/2019, dated 27.08.2020, quash the same and further direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein to publish the seniority list of Coaches appointed in the year 2012 on the basis of the merit following the law laid down by the Madras High Court in K.Raja, Additional Chief Secretary reported in 2019 (6) CTC 750 and consequently to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to promote the coaches to the post of District Sports and Youth Welfare Officer within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
