ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.15,63,855/- as compensation for not permitting the petitioner to collect parking charges for the year 2017-2018 in respect of the Lakshmi Narayana Perumal Temple situated at Thalamalai Adivaram, Anjalam Panchayat, Thathaiyangarpettai Union, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was entitled to collect parking charges at the above temple during the year 2017-2018. However, the respondents did not permit him to collect the charges. The petitioner therefore submitted a representation dated 2/5
14.12.2018 seeking compensation of Rs.15,63,855/-, but the same has not been considered till date. Hence, he has approached this Court seeking appropriate directions.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 2 to 4 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2018 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 and 4.
