ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to register the Original Partition Decree in AS(MD)No.244 of 2015 dated 13.06.2023 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that if any document is presented with title, it will be registered.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to present the document i.e the decree obtained in AS(MD)No.244 of 2015 for registration. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to register the same in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
