ORDER

The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and include his name in the joint patta by disposing of his representation dated 29.06.2024. The petitioner also states that on 10.07.2024 he has made necessary online application.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that Patta was standing in the name of the petitioner's father, however after his demise, the petitioner's brother and other legal heirs have mischievously left out the petitioner's name in the patta. The petitioner has therefore, sought for necessary inclusion of his name in the joint patta.

3. Considering the above, in the event of the petitioner's having not made an online application, the petitioner shall make necessary online application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order. Subject to the online application already having been made or to be made, within two weeks, the third respondent shall consider the petitioner's representations 29.06.2024 and 11.04.2025, after giving an opportunity to petitioner as well as his siblings and shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
