RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned passed by the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.A5-5512-2015, dated 06.08.2018, and quash the same and consequentially direct the 3rd respondent to resurvey the land in S.No.184/35 and 184/37, situated at Thirani Village, Devakottai Tk., Sivagangai District ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.S.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 20.08.2018 while dismissing the writ petition, directed the petitioner to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to the Kerela Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF) with in a period of two weeks.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that further 10 days may be granted for complying with such condition.
