ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.K. Samy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R. Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court is extended by three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
