2.The petitioner is a resident of K.Rayavaram Village. He does not want any tar road formed on the petition mentioned water body. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the contesting respondent states that based on the permission of the District Collector, a metal road alone was formed. He undertakes that no tar road will be formed on the petition mentioned water body and that the present position will be continued. 3/6

4.The water body has to be preserved as such without suffering any diminution in its extent.
