The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to forbear the 7th respondent from erecting the windmill in Survey Nos.5/3, 5/5, 5/6, 5/7, 5/9, 5/12, 5/13, 5/14, 5/15, 5/16, 5/17, 5/18, 5/19 in an extent of 0.09.5, 0.05.5, 0.09.5, 0.05.5, 0.05.0, 0.12.0, 0.080, 0.07.5, 0.08.5, 0.05.0, 0.05.0, 0.05.0, 0.08.0 hectares of wet lands 3/6
respectively situated at Naranapuram Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District and to remove the construction and encroachments made by the 7th respondent therein.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner produced the order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai, in CP/IB/25/CHE/2022 dated 14.10.2022 and submitted that as per the said order, the 7th respondent company has now been placed under liquidation and therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition. 3.
