The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was permitted to participate in the written examination and selection and now undergoing training. Thus, the grievances of the petitioner are redressed and no further adjudication is required.

2. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
