For the same issue, the petitioner has approached the civil Court and filed O.S.No.115 of 2018, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruchendur, against the third respondent and others claiming title over the subject property. During the pendency of the suit, it appears that some resolution has been passed in the peace committee meeting, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition.

2. This Court, while considering the materials placed on record, is of the view that any decision in this writ petition would directly affect the proceedings before the civil Court. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of any authority, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the pending suit before the civil Court. This Court's extraordinary jurisdiction cannot be invoked for settlement of private issues between the petitioner and the third respondent. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable and therefore, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
