The petitioner has made an application for subdivision and issuance of separate patta on 29.03.2025 and seeks for earlier disposal of the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 29.03.2025 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
