Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.This is the case of chain snatching. It appears that the petitioner herein has involved in ten cases of similar nature and the trial Court convicted him to undergo three years rigorous imprisonment.
