ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents 2 and 3 for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD) No.19903 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022.

2. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors has filed a notice dated 07.06.20213 that has been issued to the encroachers calling upon them to show cause as to why action should not be taken against them under Sections 78 and 79 of HR&CE Department.

3. In the light of the above, since there is a compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.08.2022, this Contempt Petition is closed. 14.06.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No
