Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(iii) in the order in Crl.M.P.No.1809 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.291 of 2022 dated 12.03.2024 in connection with Cr.No.15 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.S.Maya Perumal and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation is going on.
5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.1809 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.291 of 2022 dated 12.03.2024 is 2/3
