Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.GANAPAHY SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTASAMY, Government Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8065 of 2021, dated 21.06.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions from 13.07.2021, without fail.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 13.07.2021.
