RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased toextention of time for executing the sureties in Crl O.P (MD) No 1082 of 2024 order dt. 24.01.2024 which was made ready on 02.02.2024 and which was expires on 18.02.2024 and to extend the further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABHU.L, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to extend the time to produce the sureties as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1082 of 2024 vide order dated 24.01.2024. 1/3

2. This Court vide order dated 24.01.2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. However, the petitioner failed to comply with the conditions in time. This application seeking extension of time is filed nearly after expiry of one month time.

3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition.
